INTRODUCTION
These Commission & Fee Structure Policy (“Policy”) form part of the Seller Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) between the Marketplace (“Platform”) and the registered seller (“Seller”). By registering as a Seller, listing products, or submitting inventory for fulfilment, the Seller agrees to be bound by this Policy. The Platform may amend, update, or replace this Policy at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with Section 11.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:

“Order” means a completed customer purchase submitted through the Platform.

“Seller Revenue” means the gross product price paid by the customer before deductions outlined in Section 9.

“Commission” means any percentage-based fee deducted from Seller Revenue.

“Subscription Fee” means the monthly fee required to maintain an active seller account.

“Fulfilment Fees” means Storage Fees, Pick & Pack Fees, and Packaging Fees applied to inventory handled by the Platform.

“Warehouse” means the Platform’s designated fulfilment facility.

“Item Subtotal” means the product price multiplied by the quantity purchased.

“Transaction Fee” means the payment processing fee applied per Order.
2. Commission Fee
2.1 The Platform operates on a 0% commission model.
2.2 Sellers retain 100% of the product price from every completed Order.
2.3 No percentage-based deductions, sales commissions, or transactional mark ups are applied to Seller Revenue.
2.4 The Platform reserves the right to introduce Commission fees in the future; any such change will be communicated in accordance with Section 10.
3. Monthly Seller Subscription
3.1 A £24.99 monthly Subscription Fee is required to maintain an active seller account.
3.2 The Subscription Fee provides access to the Platform, product listing tools, seller dashboard, customer support, and order processing systems.
3.3 Subscription Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
3.4 Failure to pay the Subscription Fee may result in suspension or termination of the seller account.
4. Storage Fees
4.1 Storage Fees apply exclusively to inventory stored within the Warehouse.
4.2 Storage Fees are charged weekly. Exact rates for dry goods, cold/frozen goods, and bulky items will be provided separately in a quoted price PDF and may vary depending on product type and storage requirements.
4.3 Storage Fees cover warehouse space allocation, handling, stock rotation, and inventory management.
4.4 Fees may vary based on item type, size, and storage requirements.
4.5 The Platform may adjust Storage Fees at any time in accordance with Section 10.
5. Pick & Pack Fees
5.1 Pick & Pack Fees are charged per Order fulfilled. Exact rates for standard orders, fragile orders, and multi-item orders will be provided separately in a quoted price spreadsheet and may vary depending on the type and complexity of the Order.
5.2 These fees cover labour, packing time, materials handling, and order preparation.
5.3 The Platform may revise Pick & Pack Fees at its discretion.
6. Packaging Fees
6.1 Packaging Fees apply only when specific packaging materials are required to safely fulfil an Order. Exact fees for standard packaging, fragile packaging, and insulated packaging will be provided separately in a quoted price spreadsheet.
6.2 Packaging Fees are charged per Order based on the materials used.
6.3 Sellers acknowledge that packaging requirements may vary depending on product type and courier standards.
7. Shipping Fees
7.1 Delivery charges are paid by customers at checkout.
7.2 All Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, unless otherwise specified.
7.3 Sellers do not pay postage unless they voluntarily choose to offer free delivery.
7.4 Shipping rates may change in accordance with Royal Mail pricing or service adjustments.
7.5 The Platform is not liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or service interruptions.
8. Transaction Fee (Payment Processing)
8.1 A Transaction Fee is applied to every completed Order to cover payment processing costs.
8.2 The Transaction Fee is charged at 2.5% + £0.25 per Order, unless otherwise stated in the Seller Dashboard.
8.3 Transaction Fees are deducted automatically from Seller Payouts.
8.4 Rates may change in accordance with payment processor pricing or regulatory adjustments.
8.5 Transaction Fees are non‑refundable, including in cases of customer cancellations or refunds.
9. Payout Calculation Formula
Seller Payouts are calculated as follows:
Seller Payout = Item Subtotal – Monthly Fee – Storage Fees – Pick & Pack Fees – Packaging Fees – Transaction Fee
Definitions:

Item Subtotal = product price × quantity

Monthly Fee = £24.99

Storage Fees = based on item type and duration

Pick & Pack Fees = charged per Order

Transaction Fee = 2.5% + £0.25 per Order
No Commission is ever deducted from Seller Payouts.
10. Seller‑Friendly Notes (Informational Only)
These notes are provided for convenience and do not override any contractual obligations:
- Sellers retain 100% of their sales revenue (no commission).
- All costs are transparent, predictable, and limited to fulfilment, storage, and payment processing.
- No listing fees, hidden charges, or Commission based deductions.
- Suitable for small brands, Filipino sellers, and home‑based businesses.
11. Policy Amendments
11.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
11.2 Changes may be communicated through the Seller Dashboard, email notifications, or updates published directly on the Platform’s website.
11.3 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By operating as a Seller, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Commission & Fee Structure. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this Policy regularly to remain informed of any changes.
