These Seller Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Filipino Store UK (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“the Seller”, “you”, “your”). By creating a seller account, listing products, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
2.2 You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including but not limited to:
- Valid government‑issued identification
- Proof of address
- Business registration documents
- Product certificates where required
2.3 You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
3. Verification and Compliance
3.1 The Platform may conduct identity, business, and product verification checks at any time.
3.2 You agree to comply with all Applicable Law, including consumer protection, product safety, food safety, and trading standards regulations.
3.3 The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation or suspend your account pending verification.
4. Product Listings
4.1 All product listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
4.2 You warrant that:
- Products are authentic, safe, and compliant with UK standards
- Product descriptions and images accurately represent the items
- Prices are clearly stated and inclusive of all applicable charges
4.3 You must not list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe products.
4.4 The Platform may remove or restrict listings that violate these Terms or Applicable Law.
5. Fees, Charges, and Payouts
5.1 You agree to pay all applicable Platform fees, commissions, and transaction charges.
5.2 Payouts will be made according to the Platform’s payment schedule.
5.3 The Platform may deduct amounts relating to refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Rights
6.1 You must comply with UK consumer rights legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6.2 You agree to process returns and refunds promptly and professionally.
6.3 The Platform reserves the right to issue refunds directly to Customers where necessary to protect consumer rights.
7. Seller Conduct
7.1 You agree to act professionally, respectfully, and lawfully in all interactions.
7.2 You must not engage in:
- Fraudulent activity
- Misrepresentation
- Abuse or harassment
- Manipulation of reviews or ratings
7.3 Repeated misconduct may result in suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 You warrant that all content you upload (including images, descriptions, and branding) does not infringe any third‑party intellectual property rights.
8.2 You grant the Platform a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
9. Platform Rights
9.1 The Platform may, at its sole discretion:
- Modify or update these Terms
- Remove listings
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Request additional verification
- Intervene in disputes
9.2 The Platform is not liable for losses arising from Seller actions, product defects, or failure to comply with Applicable Law.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business
- Product defects or safety issues
- Delivery failures caused by the Seller
10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Termination
11.1 Either party may terminate the Seller account upon written notice.
11.2 The Platform may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Fail verification checks
- Repeatedly violate Platform policies
11.3 Upon termination, you remain responsible for fulfilling outstanding orders or issuing refunds.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
